About Lester Jiles

Hi! My name is Lester Jiles. I have been a certified personal trainer for over 10 years. Lester Jiles Personal Training Boot Camp Fitness Classes Malvern, PA I began my career as a bodybuilder and competed for several years - winning the Mr. Philadelphia, Mr. Pittsburgh, and I even competed in the Mr. Universe in Genoa, Italy. I enjoy fishing, golfing, biking, weight training, and occasionally boxing. I'm also certified in CPR. I pay special attention to technique and focus on each of my client's needs, even in a class setting. Our classes are full of energy and each one of my classes is unique from the one before. With weekly classes in and around Malvern, PA, we have a class to suit your needs.

In 2009, years of putting everyone else first got me to being seriously overweight and out of shape. After several attempts on my own at dieting and exercising led to minor injuries, my chiropractor recommended that I work with a personal trainer, telling me that it wasn't a question of whether I would become diabetic, but rather when I would become diabetic. I began working out with Lester in July 2009. He was able to tailor my workouts to avoid injury. Lester is kind and compassionate and really cares about his clients. He puts a lot of thought into planning workouts and motivates a non-athlete like me to keep moving, even eight years later.


I came to Lester Jiles about 9 years ago with a pulled neck and shoulder muscle. From the start, Lester was tentative to my issues. He encouraged and motivated me to work my total body by strengthening my weaken areas. I have never worked with a trainer before Lester and I guess I'm lucky to have gotten a phenomenal one first time out but I cannot express enough the full and complete benefit in muscle toning, weight loss, mental fitness and support I received from him. He brings his complete professional expertise to every session and focuses on the individual and their physical needs. I wish I had met him years prior as his influence and expertise has helped me both physically and mentally in who I am today.


I was initially hesitate to use a personal trainer, had gotten out of shape and nothing was working. Had a recommendation to work with Lester and he has helped me reach and maintain my fitness goals. Every workout is different which keeps me engaged, he targets various muscle groups, and has also made recommendations on simple rules or tips to follow in terms of nutrition. Lester knows how to push you past what you think is your limit and has showed me how much I could really achieve. It's been nine years (and 45lbs later), and every workout is still a challenge.
